Duration of the Program
The Insightist offers The Junior Global Fellow Program 2018, a one-year, online, mentoring and internship program to help many hundreds of young adults to become global leaders in their respective fields. During the program, the Fellows will learn, develop and take part in various aspects of communication and research. By the completion of the one year program, a selected set of Fellows would get a scholarship package for a two-week curated learning trip to Berlin and five other cities in Europe. The curated scholarship package is one that fully covers travel, accommodation, food, and different learning/entertainment programs for two weeks.

The First-Level Application for the Junior Global Fellow Program 2018 is open now. Young professionals/students who have an undergraduate degree or above, aged 19 to 28 are eligible to apply. Those who are in the final year of the degree also are eligible to apply. The program is conducted in English – the candidates should be adept at or open to working in an English speaking environment.
If you are open-minded, passionate and committed to whatever you do, you are the right candidate we are after. The program is designed to be fun to do on a flexible schedule, except for the interactive sessions and the European travel. So, it is very possible to fulfill the functions of a Fellow during your studies or job.
The selection process is as follows:
The application is in two stages. After receiving the First-Level Applications, our internal team will shortlist the potential candidates for the Program. The short-listed candidates will be asked to submit a Second-Level Application. An international panel of experts will select the final list of Fellows from the Second-Level Applicants.
There is no application fee for the First-Level Application.
The fee for the Junior Global Fellow Program 2018 is €4500 (3.6 Lakhs Indian Rupees). However, as part of the India Flagship Program, the Program fee is completely waived for several hundreds of meritorious applicants from India.
Please note, that after the First-Level Application, if you are shortlisted and invited to fill the Second-Level Application, there is a processing fee of € 20 (or Rs. 1000 for the applicants from India).
