Program Details

The Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft (University of Applied Sciences for Engineering and Economics) or HTW Berlin in Berlin, Germany is one of the largest public Universities of Applied Sciences in Berlin and Eastern Germany. With two campuses located in Eastern Berlin, the University offers courses in over 70 programs.

The Bachelors in International Business (BIB) program prepares students to work in international contexts. The first three semesters are intended to familiarize students with the basics of business, economics and law. In the following semesters, study modules focus increasingly on the acquisition of skills and competence specific to international business, including international management, international economics, international law and intercultural management. One of the following two electives must be chosen: (A) Human Resource Management or (B) International Marketing. The acquisition of further language skill is incorporated in the first and second semester where students can chose from a variety of offers such as Spanish, Italian and French. Consequently, the curriculum has been designed with the goal of implementing course combinations that enable students to acquire both hard and soft skills.

The program’s curriculum can be accessed here. Please note that there is NO tuition fees.
